Last StandTerms of Service — Last Stand: Bridge

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and KurdBits ("we", "us") about your use of Last Stand: Bridge (the "Game"). By creating an account or playing the Game you accept these Terms. If you do not agree, do not play the Game.
1. Who may play
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum digital-consent age in your country). If you are a minor, you confirm a parent or guardian has approved your use of the Game.
2. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secret and for everything that happens on your account. Guest profiles are tied to your device; linking an email lets you recover your profile. We are not responsible for progress lost on unlinked guest profiles (for example after uninstalling or losing the device).
3. Licence
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to play the Game for your own entertainment. You may not copy, modify, decompile, resell or exploit the Game or any part of it except where the law expressly allows it.
4. Virtual items and currency
Coins, cards, weapons, skins, abilities and any other in-game items are virtual. They have no real-world value, cannot be exchanged for money, and may be changed, rebalanced or reset as part of Game updates. You do not own virtual items — you receive a limited licence to use them inside the Game.
5. Fair play
The following are prohibited and may lead to progress resets, suspension or a permanent ban without notice:
- cheating, exploiting bugs, tampering with the client, save data or network traffic;
- using bots, automation, or ad-fraud (including artificially triggering ads);
- account sharing or selling;
- attacking, disrupting or overloading our servers.
6. Chat and user content
Chat messages, usernames, and clan names/tags must not contain content that is illegal, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit, discriminatory, or that impersonates others or infringes third-party rights. We may remove content, rename accounts or clans, and restrict chat access at our discretion. You keep ownership of what you write, but you grant us a licence to store, display and moderate it inside the Game.
7. Ads
The Game is free and funded by ads, including optional rewarded ads that grant in-game coins. Ad availability is not guaranteed; rewarded bonuses depend on an ad being available and fully watched.
8. Service changes and availability
We may update, change, rebalance, suspend or discontinue the Game (or any feature, including online services) at any time. We are not liable for downtime, data loss caused by service issues, or the discontinuation of the Game, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
9. Termination
You may stop playing and request account deletion at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Sections 4, 8, 10 and 11 survive termination.
10. Disclaimer and liability
The Game is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the Game is limited to €50. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded (such as liability for intent or gross negligence).
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, without affecting mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence. Disputes will be resolved by the competent courts of the Netherlands unless mandatory law gives you the right to your local courts.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms; meaningful changes will be shown in the Game with an updated effective date. Continuing to play after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
