Terms of Service — STICKFIRE: Battle Ground
Last updated: 19 August 2026 · Effective date: 19 August 2026
By playing STICKFIRE: Battle Ground (the “Game”) you agree to these terms. If you do not, do not play it. They apply to the Android app and the browser version alike.
1. The Game is provided as it is
It is free, it is run by a small team, and it comes with no warranty of any kind. We do our best to keep it available and working, but we do not promise it will be online at any particular moment, that a match will never drop, or that it will run on every device. We may change, suspend or end any part of it, including the whole Game, and we will give notice on this page where we reasonably can.
2. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your password to yourself and for what happens under your account. One person, one account. Tell us if you think somebody else is using it. You may delete your account at any time from inside the Game; we may suspend or delete an account that breaks these terms.
3. Coins and items
Coins are earned by playing, and can also be bought. They are not money: they have no value outside the Game, cannot be sold, transferred, exchanged or refunded for cash, and may be adjusted or removed if they were obtained through a fault or by cheating. Weapons, fighters and shields unlocked with coins are a licence to use them inside the Game, not property.
Purchases are handled by Google Play and are subject to Google's terms and refund policy. Nothing in the Game is locked behind buying coins.
4. Fair play
Do not modify the Game, automate it, or use tools to gain an advantage. Do not attempt to disrupt the servers or other players. Do not choose a callsign or clan tag that is abusive, impersonates somebody, or would be illegal to display. We may remove a name, reset progress or close an account for any of these.
5. Content and ownership
The Game, its code, art, sound and name belong to KurdBits. You may record and stream your own play freely, including monetised video. You may not redistribute the Game itself, sell access to it, or present it as your own work.
6. Liability
To the extent the law allows, KurdBits is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the Game. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. If you are a consumer, your statutory rights are unaffected.
7. Law
These terms are governed by the law of the Netherlands, without affecting any mandatory consumer protections you have where you live.
