This policy explains what information is handled when you play Arrow Unblock: Block Puzzle (the “Game”), made by KurdBits (“we”, “us”), why, and the choices you have.
The short version: there is no account and no sign-up. Your progress stays on your device and is never sent to us. The Game shows ads from Google AdMob, and AdMob collects some device data to show and measure those ads. We do not sell personal data.
1. Information stored on your device
The Game saves the following locally on your phone or tablet so you can pick up where you left off:
- Level progress, stars, coins, chests and unlocked worlds.
- Daily Challenge and daily reward streaks.
- Your settings, such as music and sound on or off.
This data is not uploaded to our servers. We cannot see it, and we cannot restore it. Uninstalling the Game or clearing its data deletes it.
2. Information we collect
We (KurdBits) do not collect, store or receive any personal information from the Game. There is no account, no email address, no name, no chat and no contact list. The Game does not ask for access to your location, camera, microphone, photos or contacts.
If you email us for support, we receive your email address and whatever you choose to write, and we use it only to answer you.
3. Advertising (Google AdMob)
The Game is free and funded by ads served by Google AdMob, a service of Google LLC. To show, limit, measure and prevent fraud in ads, AdMob may collect and process:
- Device identifiers, such as the Android advertising ID.
- IP address and the approximate location derived from it.
- Device and app information, such as device model, operating system version, language and app version.
- Ad interactions, such as which ads were shown or tapped.
- Diagnostic data, such as crash logs and performance information related to ads.
This data is collected by Google, not by us, and is handled under Google's privacy policy: policies.google.com/privacy. You can read how Google uses data from apps that use its services at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.
Consent. If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, the Game asks for your consent before personalised ads are shown. If you decline, you may still see non-personalised ads, which use limited data. You can change your choice from the Game's settings where available.
Opting out. On Android you can reset or delete your advertising ID, or opt out of ad personalisation, at Settings → Google → Ads (the exact menu depends on your device).
Ads only load when your device is online. When you play offline, no ad requests are made.
4. How the information is used
- Data stored on your device is used only to run the Game and save your progress.
- Data collected by AdMob is used to deliver and measure ads, limit how often you see them, and prevent ad fraud.
- Support emails are used only to reply to you.
We do not sell personal data and we do not send marketing email.
5. Data sharing
We do not share any data with third parties ourselves. The only third party that receives data from the Game is Google, through the AdMob SDK described in section 3.
6. Data retention and deletion
Game progress lives only on your device and is removed when you uninstall the Game or clear its storage in Android settings. Data held by Google for advertising is kept according to Google's own retention policy; resetting your advertising ID breaks the link between past ad data and your device. Support emails are deleted once your request is resolved, unless we need to keep them to comply with the law.
7. Security
Your progress never leaves your device. Ad traffic between the Game and Google is encrypted in transit. No system is completely secure, but we keep what we handle to the minimum.
8. Children
The Game is a puzzle game suitable for a general audience, but it is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, email us and we will delete it.
9. Your rights
Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR in the EU and UK, or the CCPA in California), you may have the right to access, correct, delete or object to the processing of your personal data, and to complain to your local data protection authority. Because we do not hold personal data from the Game, most requests are best handled through Google's tools for ad data, or by uninstalling the Game. For anything else, email support@kurdbits.com and we will answer within 30 days.
10. Changes to this policy
If this policy changes in a way that matters, we will update the date at the top and publish the new version on this page.
