These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and KurdBits (“we”, “us”) about your use of Arrow Unblock: Block Puzzle (the “Game”). By downloading or playing the Game you accept these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not play the Game.
1. Who may play
The Game is suitable for a general audience. If you are under the age of digital consent in your country, you confirm that a parent or guardian has approved your use of the Game and has read these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
2. Licence
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to download and play the Game on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial entertainment. You may not copy, modify, decompile, reverse-engineer, redistribute, resell or otherwise exploit the Game or any part of it, except where the law expressly allows it.
3. Ownership
The Game, including its levels, artwork, music, sounds, code and the names “Arrow Unblock” and “KurdBits”, belongs to us or our licensors and is protected by copyright and other laws. These Terms do not give you any rights to them other than the licence in section 2.
4. Coins, stars and other in-game items
Coins, stars, chests, hints, streaks and any other in-game items are virtual. They have no real-world value, cannot be exchanged for money or transferred to another person, and may be changed, rebalanced or reset as part of Game updates. You receive a limited licence to use them inside the Game; you do not own them.
5. Your progress
Your progress is stored only on your device. We do not keep a copy and cannot restore progress lost by uninstalling the Game, clearing its data, resetting or changing your device.
6. Ads
The Game is free and funded by ads served by Google AdMob. Some ads may be optional and offer an in-game reward; a reward is only given when an ad is available and watched to the end. Ad availability is not guaranteed, and no ads are shown while you are offline. Ads are provided by third parties and we are not responsible for their content or for the websites or apps they link to.
7. Fair use
You agree not to:
- tamper with the Game, its save data or its network traffic, or use cheats or modified versions;
- use bots or automation, or artificially trigger, click or view ads (ad fraud);
- use the Game in any way that breaks the law or the Google Play terms.
8. Updates and availability
We may update, change, add or remove levels and features, or stop offering the Game, at any time. Some updates may be required to keep playing. We do not guarantee that the Game will be available on every device or be free of errors.
9. Disclaimer
The Game is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for lost progress or data, arising from your use of the Game, and our total liability for any claim related to the Game is limited to €50. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, such as liability for intent or gross negligence, or your rights as a consumer under mandatory law.
11. Ending these Terms
You can stop using the Game at any time by uninstalling it. We may end your licence if you break these Terms. Sections 3, 4, 9, 10 and 12 continue to apply after these Terms end.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, without affecting mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence. Disputes will be handled by the competent courts of the Netherlands, unless mandatory law gives you the right to go to your local courts.
13. Google Play
These Terms are between you and KurdBits only, not Google. Your download of the Game is also subject to the Google Play Terms of Service.
14. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. If we make a meaningful change, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continuing to play after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
